Our Club meets at 7.00, for an 7.30pm start, usually in the first week of the month:

From 2021 - Swan or Kitchen House Community Room, Heathcote Cultural Precinct (dependent on availability, please check the website)

Non-members are welcome to join us at any of the February to November meetings. Typically, the first Club meeting of the year is held in the first week in February at Heathcote Cultural Centre, and the last meeting of the year is the Club's annual end-of-year celebration (and Christmas) party, for members only. The September meeting is usually the Club's AGM. Upcoming meetings are scheduled on our 'Social events' calendar.

Each Club meeting is preceded with an opportunity for members to enjoy an informal chat and tea or coffee. The meeting itself typically commences with a short update by the President or other Committee member on Club activities, following which members are welcomed to raise any points for discussion or attention of the Committee or fellow members. This initial part of the meeting provides a valuable informal forum for members' input and discussion. This is followed by a presentation by a guest speaker on matters of interest to bushwalkers. The program for each meeting is advertised publicly on the website and in the Club's weekly 'Cooee' email update to members.

As mentioned, the Club usually holds the Annual General Meeting in September each year. The major business is typically the election of a committee to manage the Club's affairs for the following 12 months. The Committee normally meets monthly from February to November, or as required. Committee meetings are open to interested Club members to attend upon request, and Committee meeting minutes (members only) are accessible to members.
