Our Club meets at 7.00pm for an 7.30pm start, usually in the first week of the month:

Venue - Swan or Kitchen House Community Room, Heathcote Cultural Precinct.

Non-members are welcome to join us at any of the Club's February to November meetings. Typically, the first meeting of the year is held in the first week in February and the last meeting of the year is the Club's annual end-of-year celebration and Christmas party (members only). The September meeting is usually the Club's AGM.

Upcoming meetings are scheduled on our 'Social events' calendar and  promoted through the Club's weekly 'Cooee' email update to members.

Each Club meeting is preceded with an opportunity for members to enjoy an informal chat and tea or coffee. The meeting itself typically commences with a short update by the President or other Committee member on Club activities, followed by a presentation by a guest speaker on matters of interest to bushwalkers.

As mentioned, the Club usually holds its Annual General Meeting in September each year. The major business is the election of a committee to manage the Club's affairs for the following 12 months. The Committee normally meets monthly from February to November, or as required. Committee meetings are open to interested Club members to attend upon request, and Committee meeting minutesare accessible to members.
