This is where visitors can purchase a Admin Fee Voucher so they can attend a walk. These must be purchased prior to attending a walk.

Visitors may attend up to 3 walks/year as guests of a member. The member must notify the walk leader beforehand that they are bringing a member, and they also require the approval of the leader to do so.

If a member wishes to count their visitor walk as an 'intro walk' they need to contact both the walk leader and the club Intro walks coordinator ( advance of the walk, as their approval is required.

To purchase an Admin Fee voucher please complete the 2 steps below:

1) Register your details and get a user name.

2) Purchase a voucher (see button-link below)

You will receive an automatic payment receipt after it has been processed.

N.B. Purchase one voucher only, partners and friends need their own profile and account.

Vouchers are non-refundable.

Please note:

  • read the information on our Walk Guideline page to find out more about walking with the Perth Bushwalkers Club.
  • provide your Admin Fee Voucher email receipt to the club leader at the start of the walk, if requested.
  • keep a record of the Username and Password you have used for purchasing your Admin Fee voucher. You may need this for logging back into the website to if you decide to become a member of the club. See
  • you can pay for your voucher via our online shopping cart via either credit card or Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT Bank transfer). 
  • if paying by EFT bank transfer use your surname and "Admin Fee voucher" as a reference. No responsibility will be taken by the Club for funds deposited that aren’t identifiable.
    • it may take a few days for your EFT payment to be finalised.
