Sam Ong recently delivered a presentation to members of Bibbulmun Track Foundation titled "The Biomechanics of Hiking, and the importance of having stable feet".

Sam will be presenting the same topic, which hopefully will be useful to PBW members.

The venue is Piney Lakes Environmental Education Centre (PLEEC), 555 Leach Hwy, Winthrop WA 6150 (note that access is only available west-bound off Leach Highway).

We will start at 6.30pm with tea and coffee, with the presentation ~ 7 - 7.15pm.
